TPS62005DGSR Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A voltage regulator consists of 10 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package to save space. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 750kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.5V. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.6V is provided. This voltage regulator is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. There is a DC/DC regulator in this family that belongs to the TPS62005 family.
