The TPS61089RNRR is a fully-integrated synchronous boost converter with a19-mΩ main power switch and a 27-mΩ rectifier switch. For portable equipment, the TPS61089RNRR converter provides a high-efficiency, small-size power option. The TPS61089RNRR IC supports applications powered by single-cell or two-cell Lithium ion/polymer batteries and has a wide input voltage range of 2.7 V to 12 V. The TPS61089RNRR has a continuous switch current of 7 amps and a voltage output of 12.6 volts.
