This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Cut Tape (CT) package for optimized performance. There are 10 terminations in this voltage regulator. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package to save space. There are 2 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. 700kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2Vin 3.3V. Featuring a 40mA 20mA output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible.
