Space-saving 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 300kHz.
