Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 28 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 28-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package for the purpose of space saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 350kHz 550kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.9V.
