A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 8 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. Space-saving 8-PowerSOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~150°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 100kHz~2.5MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.8V. As a result of the 3.5A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 42V. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided. There is a DC/DC regulator in this family that belongs to the TPS54340 family. The maximum output voltage of 41.1V makes DC DC switching regulator easy to operate. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this voltage regulator belongs to the Eco-Mode? family.
