As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There are 14 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. There is a 14-VFQFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~150°C TJ temperature while operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 200kHz~1.2MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.5V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V.
