For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 10 terminations were made. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~150°C TJ. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 100kHz~2.5MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts.
