TPS5401DGQR Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. There is a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~150°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. 100kHz~2.5MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.5V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V for operation.
