TPS40195PWR Overview
The switching controller fits in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc controls with 4.5V~20V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TJ. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 100kHz~600kHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. 16 terminations with various dc switching's functions.
