LM5150QRUMTQ1 Overview
Capsuled in the 16-WQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 1.5V~42V. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 220kHz~2.3MHz position. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Current Limit for efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD . An array of 16 terminations of dc switching. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt. DC switcher's voltage input is 1.7V. In addition to "LM5150", there are other relevant dc to dc converter ics you can find. In total, switching converter has 16 pins.
