TPS40020PWPR Overview
In the 16-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. A 2.25V~5.5V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 100kHz~1MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. switching converters terminal (s) are designed to be at DUAL.
