TPS40004DGQ Overview
With a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 2.25V~5.5V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. It can switch at 300kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
