TPS3813K33QDBVRQ1 Overview
There are 6 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. Please find attached SOT-23-6 functions for your reference in this IC power. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. In a 3.3V supply voltage, the power management conducts. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, it has 6 pins on IC management. Power managment ic pin count is 6. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 2V for this PMIC. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 25μA. It is always advisable to use TPS3813K33, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 25μA can be used with this power management. Supervisors from the well-known Automotive, AEC-Q100 series product line are featured in this PMIC.
