As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 5 in total. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. To assist you, this PMIC includes SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. A supply voltage of 1.5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis.
