NCP300LSN47T1G Overview
As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 5 in total. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. A supply voltage of 1.5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip.
