TPS2837D Overview
For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.There is a package in the form of Tube.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.In the absence of a 4.5V~15V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.A type of Inverting is used for input in this program.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number TPS2837.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.With a supply voltage of 6.5V, it is designed to operate.There is an output current limit of 3.5A for this device.Its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers contains various useful electronic components.Components with 8 pins are available.A high-side voltage can be set up to 28V (Bootstrap).There are 2 outputs integrated for its basis.An output current of 2.4A is supported.Its maximum power dissipation of 600mW shows its power loss capacity without overheating.Due to its power supplies of 4.5/15V, it solves the power supply problem for a wide range of applications.In this case, the voltage is 11.5V.Setting the operating supply voltage to 6.5V is recommended.STANDARD is its input.
