Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the SOIC package.Rail/Tube is the form of the package.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.14 terminations constitute its foundation.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.As a result, it is configured with 14 pins when it is designed.A voltage of 6.5V is required for its operation.As its interface IC, HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.There is a maximum output current of 3.5A that can be achieved.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.The board has 14 component pins.125°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.For operation, the supply voltage of 15V is the maximum value.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 4.5V must be applied.Mosfet gate drivers is outputting a current of 2.4A.
