TPD6F002QDSVRQ1 Describe
The TPD6F002-Q1 is a highly integrated device that provides a 6-channel EMI filter and transient voltage suppressor (TVS) based ESD protection diode array. A low-pass filter array suppresses EMI/radio frequency interference (RFI) emissions for the data port, protecting it from electromagnetic interference. TVS diode arrays are rated to dissipate ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard. The device is highly integrated and provides robust circuit protection for the LCD display, memory interface, GPIO lines, and FPD-Link in a small, easy-to-route DSV package.
