For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 6 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space-saving SOT-563, SOT-666 packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. 1.5MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.5V as an input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 2A output current. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 5V. There is a DC/DC regulator in this family that belongs to the LV62569 family. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 5.5V volts. There are 6 pins used for switching regulator operation.
