TLV62150ARGTT Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 2.5MHz. Input voltage 4V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.9V. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V. I would like to point out that this voltage regulator belongs to the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the TLV62150 family. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 5V volts. 16 pins are used for switching regulator operation. This voltage regulator 12v should be configured with an output voltage that is at least 900mV. Switching regulator has a maximum output current of 1A A, which is sufficient to meet the requirements of operation. Based on the maximal adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage of 5V, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily. A maximum voltage of 5V can be obtained from the regulator voltage. As the name implies, this voltage regulator belongs to the DCS-Control? family of voltage regulators, and it is a type of switching DC-DC regulator. This DC-DC switching regulator operates from a supply voltage of 17V. An external factor does not affect harley voltage regulator's ability to consume 19μA A of quiescent current.
