TL497AIN Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 14 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Through Hole mounting system. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 4.5V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to ±1.2V. As a result of the 500mA Switch output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 6V. The regulator voltage is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory of voltage regulators. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the TL497 family of products. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 30V. In order to operate voltage regulator, there are 14 pins that must be connected.
