TL494CPWG4 Overview
In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. dc motor controller is suitable for 2 output generation. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. 7V~40V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 1kHz~300kHz position. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Dead Time Control, Frequency Control. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters.
