Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.5V~13.2V. Worked in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher before. With this switching controller, you can switch at 275kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Phase Control is included in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters.
