TC7WH74FU(TE12L) Overview
The flip flop is packaged in a case of 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.110, 2.80mm Width). A package named Digi-Reel?includes it. There is a Differentialoutput configured with it. The trigger it is configured with uses Positive Edge. In this case, the electronic component is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. A supply voltage of 2V~5.5V is required for operation. Temperature is set to -40°C~85°C TA. This D latch has the type D-Type. In FPGA terms, D flip flop is a type of 7WHseries FPGA. A frequency of 115MHzshould not be exceeded by its output. A total of 1elements are contained within it. As a result, it consumes 2μA quiescent current and is not affected by external forces. In 8terminations, a transmission line is terminated with a JK flip flop that matches its characteristic impedance. The 7WH74family includes it. This JK flip flop has a 4pFfarad input capacitance.
