14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm)is the way it is packaged. D flip flop is embedded in the Tube package. In the configuration, Differentialis used as the output. There is a trigger configured with Positive Edge. There is an electrical part that is mounted in the way of Through Hole. A supply voltage of 2V~6V is required for operation. It is at -40°C~85°C TAdegrees Celsius that the system is operating. The type of this D latch is D-Type. In FPGA terms, D flip flop is a type of 74HCseries FPGA. You should not exceed 60MHzin its output frequency. A total of 14terminations have been recorded. It is a member of the 74HC74 family. The power supply voltage is 5V. Input capacitance of this device is 3pF farads. HC/UHis the family of this D flip flop. There is an electronic part mounted in the way of Through Hole. 14pins are included in its design. This device has the clock edge trigger type of Positive Edge. There is a base part number FF/Latchesfor the RS flip flops. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 6V. A normal operating voltage (Vsup) should remain above 2V. For high efficiency, the supply voltage should be set to 5V. The output current of 5.2mA makes it feature maximum design flexibility.
