As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 2.1V volt supply. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. 3 pins make up the power management. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 700mV. There should be no more than 10V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountTemperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole from this supervisor when it is operating.
