It is mounted through 3 terminals on the power management. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260.
