In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) is used.The packaging method is indicated by Tube.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Through Hole.Using a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -55°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as its input type.You will find various related parts under the base part number TC4428.Mounting the device requires Through Hole.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.In the maximum case, the output current can be 1.5A volts.The basis of this model has 2 outputs integrated.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Temperatures below -55°C are allowed as the minimum.Based on its maximum power dissipation of 800mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power loss without overheating.The supply current should be kept at 4.5mA to ensure higher stability.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 18V.A minimum supply voltage of 4.5V is required for operation.
