It is mounted through 4 terminals on the power management. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 1 channels. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. There is a voltage supply of 3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. In total, IC powers are 4 pins on the board. Pin count of the power management is 4. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1V volts. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C TA degrees. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. There is a 10μA supply current present in the power management. You can always use TC1271A, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. To be able to work, this power management requires 3V volts of power.
