As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 4 in total. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. There are TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3V. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, the power management has 4 pins in it. 4 pins are present on the power management system. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. The power management's supply current is 10μA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using TC1270AN, the base power ics number. To be able to work, this power management requires 3.3V volts of power.
