SY89295UTG-TR Overview
For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR). 32-TQFP packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. The supply voltage of 2.375V~3.6V ensures reliable performance. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. The device features an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. Taps and steps are configured with 1024. The use of related parts with the same base part number SY89295 is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. As part of its design, it utilizes a system of 32 pins. The supplier device package is 32-TQFP (7x7). For optimal operation, the operating temperature should be kept at 85°C. In order to maintain optimal performance, it is recommended that the operating temperature be kept at -40°C.
