SY89295UMG Overview
As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. With the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 32-MLF® package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. This is due to the supply voltage of 2.375V~3.6V, which ensures reliable performance. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with -40°C~85°C operating temperature. 1024 taps/steps are configured. Many related parts with the same base part number SY89295 are universally preferred. It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. A series of 32 pins have been arranged to form the design. 32-MLF® (5x5) is the package name of the supplier device. It is recommended to keep the maximum operating temperature at 85°C in order to ensure optimum performance. In order to maintain optimal performance, it is recommended that the operating temperature be kept at -40°C. An important electronic device of the Precision Edge® series, it belongs to this group.
