Its output frequency should not exceed 150MHz Hz. There is 10μA quiescent consumption. It has been determined that there have been 14 terminations. D latch belongs to the 74LVC74 family. The D flip flop is powered by a voltage of 1.8V . The input capacitance of this JK flip flopis 5pF farads. A device of this type belongs to the family of LVC/LCX/Z.
