A package with SOT-23. There are 3 inputs in it. The part includes 6 terminations. There is a 6-pin join between the pins. Installation and disassembly of the device are made easy by its Surface Mount design. In this application, a 6 solution is used. Normally, the part requires 1.8V volts. Circuits based on 1 basics are used. The product is part of the LVC/LCX/Z line. I am referring to the Gates for specialiGatesed needs. An electrical current of 10μA flows across the device in quiescent state. Enclosed in a proper TR package. There were 2 input lines in total. It takes at least 1.65V voltage to supply the device. Specifically, this part is characteri125°Ced as being able to work at a temperature of 125°C, so as to enhance reliability.
