MC100EL04D Overview

The unit has a fully functional Differential output that can be controlled. In order to communicate with it, the 2 Input AND/NAND Gate logic communication type is used. The operating temperature at -40°C~85°C has been extended. Inputs for 2 are included in it. It is part of 100EL series. The power supply used by this device is 4.2V~5.7V. The part has 8 terminations as part of its design. It has 8 pins jointed. Normally, the part requires 5V volts. A 1-basic circuit is used to build it. As a precautionary measure, the maximum voltage should be kept below 5.7V in order to protect the device.
