C. D” (binary coded decimal) output code. In this case, the high level output current is set to -24mA. There is no low level output current set at 24mA. Operating temperatures should be lower than 85°C. Ideally, the operating temperature should be greater than -40°C. The system operates with a minimum supply voltage of 1.65V. In this case, it supports a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V. This frequency can be achieved at 150MHz. This logic IC is J-K FLIP-FLOP. A total of 2 functions are provided by this T flip flop. It has 16 pins. With an output current of 24mA, this flip flop offers maximum design flexibility.
