In this case, it supports a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V. This frequency can be achieved at 150MHz. This logic IC is J-K FLIP-FLOP. A total of 2 functions are provided by this T flip flop. It has 16 pins. With an output current of 24mA, this flip flop offers maximum design flexibility.
