SN74LV8151PWG4 Overview
Logical driver uses a neat TSSOP package. Rail/Tube external packaging. All of the 3 elements are put into use. 24 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 2.5V. This electronic component belongs to the LV/LV-A/LVX/H family. 24 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 24 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceivers. The digital buffer starts up under ENABLE LOW control technology. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 20μA. 8 bits are included within the electrical component. Logical driver features ONE SCHMITT TRIGGER INVERTER, ONE SCHMITT TRIGGER BUFFER to better serve the need. 10 channels for high quality communication. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 85°C. Buffer driver outputs 12mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -12mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 2V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 5.5V. It is known as a BUS DRIVER logic IC. The fundamental operation of logical driver is based on 1 circuits.
