SN74LS244N Overview
Logical driver uses a neat 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. Tube external packaging. Available in Through Hole. Voltage buffer adopts Buffer, Non-Inverting logic prototype. Buffer IC is fed with a voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. Qualified to operate within 0°C~70°C TA. The high and low logic state output current of logical driver is 15mA 24mA. Logical driver can deal with 3-State output (s). All of the 2 elements are put into use. Digital buffer is one of the 74LS series devices. Buffer IC is suitable for Through Hole applications. Logical driver has 20 pins. The bus transceiver employs 4 bits for each element. You can search "74LS244" for other related electrical components. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 46mA. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the logical driver. 8 bits are included within the electrical component. 8 channels for high quality communication. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as 0°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 70°C. Buffer driver outputs 24mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -15mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 4.75V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 5.25V. Wireless transceiver is able to output 8 lines. Because of its 8 lines level input capability, buffer IC is more cost-effective on transimitting signals. Supplier device package of this electronic part would be 20-PDIP. It is sufficient to make 8 outputs. Digital buffer is characterized to have 8 inputs. The fundamental operation of logical driver is based on 8 circuits. Bus transceiver operates on 100μA.
