SN74LS51N Overview
A package that includes 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). Packged in Tube. You can also get it in the Through Hole version. It is equipped with a full-functioning Single-Ended output. AND/OR/INVERT Gate logic communication type is used. At 0°C~70°C, the operating temperature is extended. The inputs contain the 10 Input (3, 3, 2, 2) axis. The 74LS series belongs to this family, so it is in that series. It operates using 4.75V~5.25V power supply. An additional feature of this part is that it has 14 terminations.
