MC100EL05DR2G Overview
Package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). It is included in this package that the Tape & Reel (TR) package is also available. A version of Surface Mount is also available. The Differential output function of this machine is fully functional. It uses the AND/NAND Gate logic communication type. The operating temperature at -40°C~85°C has been extended. It contains inputs for the 4 Input (2, 2) axis. In the 100EL series, it is a product. Power is supplied by a 4.2V~5.7V-shaped connector. There are 8 terminations included with this part. The pins are joined by 8 pins. Part 5V needs a normal voltage. 1 basic circuits are used in its construction. It is important that the maximum voltage on the device is kept below 5.7V in order to protect it. Users should be noted that this device requires 4.2V or higher voltage to start up. To improve performance, this part features NECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -4.2V TO -5.7V, too.
