It is embeded in SSOP case. D flip flop is included in the Tape & Reel (TR)package. A total of 1elements are present in it. In 20terminations, a transmission line is terminated with a JK flip flop that matches its characteristic impedance. An input voltage of 5Vpowers the D latch. This D flip flop belongs to the family of AHCT/VHCT/VT. It is mounted by the way of Surface Mount. The 20pins are designed into the board. A Positive Edgeclock edge trigger is used in this device. The RS flip flops belongs to FF/Latches base part number. Considering the reliability of this T flip flop, it is well suited for TAPE AND REEL. A power supply of 5Vis required to operate it. The D flip flop has no ports embedded. In order to ensure high efficiency, the supply voltage should remain at 5V. Additionally, you may refer to the D latch's additional BROADSIDE VERSION OF 374. A -8mAvalue is set for the high level output current. In the low level output current setting, the current is set to 8mA. A temperature below 125°Cis recommended for operation. It is recommended that the operating temperature is higher than -40°C. A minimum supply voltage of 4.5V is required for these RS flip flops to operate. 5.5Vis the maximum supply voltage supported by it. 115MHzis the maximum frequency that can be achieved. In this case, it uses a BUS DRIVER logic IC. Currently, it is equipped with 1 functions . With 20 pins, it is equipped with a low power consumption.
