SN74ACT7882-15FN Overview
FIFO memory chip is included in the 68-LCC (J-Lead) package.The package comes in a case of Tube .It is possible to store data and applications on the FIFO chips as they have 36K 2K x 18 in their memory.A temperature regulation of 0°C~70°C is crucial for reliable operation.It is mounted in the Surface Mount position.For operation, a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is used.The memory logic belongs to the series 74ACT .There is a maximum operating current of 400μA in memory IC's supply.With a supply voltage of 5V volts, high efficiency is possible.A total of 68 terminations are contained within FIFO means.The FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage is set to 5.5V .To ensure normal operation, the supply voltage should be greater than 4.5V (Vsup).
