80-LQFP is a package that contains FIFO memory chip.It comes in a Tray package.There is a memory of 18K 1K x 18 on the FIFO chip that can be used to store applications and data.It is advisable to regulate the temperature to 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable operation.It is a Surface Mount mounting type FIFO memory.A voltage supply of 4.5V~5.5V is needed to operate it.It is a member of the 74ACT series .Memory IC's maximum operating supply current is 1mA .An input voltage of 5V results in high efficiency.80 terminations are contained in FIFO means.It is set to 5.5V volts for the FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage.Maintain the supply voltage (Vsup) above 4.5V for normal operation.
