A temperature below 85°Cshould be used for operation. Ideally, the operating temperature should be higher than -40°C. Initially, it requires a voltage of 4.5V as the minimum supply voltage. 5.5Vis the maximum supply voltage it supports. A frequency of 200MHzcan be achieved. It adopts a logic IC of type BUS DRIVER.
