SN7445N Overview
For the purpose of saving board space, digital switch is included in the 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm).The package is in the form of Tube.Digital switch ic uses a Through Hole mounting method.In the multiplexers, the analog IC Decoder is used.In the case of 0°C~70°C, turn signal switch will not be affected by external factors.Using a 4.75V~5.25V supply voltage provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers.Since they are members of the 7400 series, they can be used in a wide variety of applications.It is designed with 16 terminations as part of its basic configuration.The base part number is SN7445, which is also useful when looking up signal switch's related components.The turn signal switch is supplied with a voltage of 5V volts.This turn signal switch has 16 component pins.There is a supply type of Single employed as part of this supply.A configuration of 16 pins is used.The multiplexer ic is mounted in the direction of Through Hole.The logic switch object belongs to the family of TTL/H/L.As a result, signal multiplexer provides 10 bits.A power supply is provided for mux switch's normal operation of 5V.The turn signal switch has 10 outputs designed for operation.If the supply voltage is set to 5V, reliable performance of the multiplexers can be achieved.This multiplexer provides 4 inputs.In addition, ION MAX=80MA @ VOL MAX=0.9V exhibits improved characteristics.In order for the digitalswitch to function normally, it has 1 circuits.
