SN7406DRE4 Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the part packed in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. It works based on the Inverter logic principle. The part must have a voltage of 4.75V~5.25V in order to function properly. Operating temperature extended to 0°C~70°C. The part is mounted in Surface Mount. Neither the high - 40mA low state of output current is - 40mA. The 7400 series contains it. A total of 14 terminations have been recorded. This part is equipped with 6 functions that will greatly enhance the user's experience. There is a chip like this in TTL/H/L.
