This part is conveniently packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Cut Tape (CT). According to Inverter logic, the algorithm works. A voltage of 4.75V~5.25V is required for the part to function properly. Operation at a temperature around 0°C~70°C. Part Surface Mount is mounted. There is - 40mA output current in the high or low states. The 7400 series contains it. In total, there have been 14 terminations. 6 functions in the part enhance the user experience significantly. TTL/H/L is a chip that is part of this device. SN7406 can help you find device variants. A total of 14 pins are injected into the body of the part. Many applications require the use of this logic device with its Surface Mount mounting. The functions of 14 pins can be found in the datasheets.
