SN7405N Overview
The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. As a result, it works on the principle of Inverter. Voltage 4.75V~5.25V ensures the part's full functionality. An extended operating temperature of 0°C~70°C degrees Celsius. Through Hole is the mounting position of the part. High and low output current states are both - 16mA. The number 7400 refers to it. Totally, there are 14 terminations. This part is equipped with 6 functions that will greatly enhance the user's experience. In TTL/H/L, this chip plays an important role. SN7405 can be used to search for device variants. A total of 14 pins are injected into the part body. There are a number of applications for logic devices mounted with the Through Hole pin.
