SL38000ZIT Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock, Crystal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Providing a maximum frequency of 200MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.97V~3.63V.
