It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 2.5V. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 220MHz maximum. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels.
